Sharon Dixon is a dynamic businesswoman with over 25 years of business experience.
From the early days of running her own successful pub and restaurant business to climbing the ranks of prestigious FTSE 100 retail companies, Sharon has always had a great interest in the development, training and leadership of people.
A highly in demand accredited coach and neuro-linguistic programming master practitioner, Sharon now specialises in executive and personal coaching and works with a multitude of high profile company directors and business organisations.
Sharon is a positive and passionate individual and is keen to ensure that people have the resources, skills an attitude to deliver a personal best performance in their chosen field. Sharon delivers programs which are designed to inspire a better way of working through engaging and empowering individuals.
Her work in leadership coaching has seen her coachee’s deliver results that have frequently contributed to measured increases in key performance indicators.

During her long and diverse career, Sharon's various roles have supported development from store level right up to director level. She has also consulted at an international level with Macon Tennis Connect in the State of Georgia USA, delivering solutions to improve communications and customer service.
Sharon is an Accredited Performance Coach (achieved in association with Lane 4 Management Consultancy and Middlesex University). She has completed an Internal Consultancy Development Programme. She is also certified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and has a working knowledge of Transactional Analysis and MBTi, This enables her to develop both businesses and individuals to recognise and reach their potential.
Throughout her career she has had the opportunity and privilege to work with many businesses, supporting their people to make life-changing decisions and achieve their goals. Sharon’s motivations have always involved supporting and developing the success of others.
